LG New Touchscreen Mobiles GW520 and GT505

LG has launched a pair of new mobiles that blur the lines between smartphones and their lower budget cousins. Not so long ago, QWERTY keypads, proper touchscreen, multiple applications, GPS navigation and push email used to be the exclusive domain of Armani clad business execs who were capable of splashing hundreds of pounds on their new handsets.

LG has released details on the GW520 and GT505 social networking and messaging phones.

Both devices feature push social networking, allowing you to receive instant update alerts from your favourite sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

They also both support push email via an ActiveSync connection, allowing you to receive emails instantly on your phone.
