Windows Phone 7 Series handset from LG
At the Engadget Show, Aaron Woodman, the director of mobile communications business with Microsoft, revealed the prototype of LG’s first Windows Phone 7 Series handset and gave a quick overview of some of the hardware features it includes.
The final version of the device might look slightly different, but it will definitely have a sliding QWERTY keyboard, and a touchscreen display (probably WVGA) . There are dedicated hardware buttons for Bing, power, back, home, and volume that are the requirements for Windows Phone 7 Series. They also note that there is a 5 megapixel camera with flash on the handsets rear with a a 3.5mm headset jack as well. Engadget say the device is “just a hair thicker than an iPhone or Nexus One”
